Swift Worldwide Resources is seeking for an Crude Oil Marketing to work in a client in Rio de Janeiro, RJ:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely alongside the crude oil operator on the maritime transportation related to crude oil exportation from FPSO;
  • Coordinate the chartered oil tankers, complying with local maritime rules and regulations, instructing local ship agency and/or vessel masters on a daily basis;
  • Handle demurrages claims;
  • Provide analytical reports of voyage chartered tankers;
  • Control and coordinate the service providers contracts and request related payments timely to Financial Department;
  • Liaise with internal and external counterparties internationally;
  • Maintain good relationship with all the institutes/providers concerned with crude exports;
  • Support MKT manager to control the shipping/operational costs.
 Background Profiles:
  • Fluent in English (it Will be tested);
  • Previous experience in shipping (mainly with chartering and seaborne exports);
  • Good communication both verbally and in written format (English and Portuguese);
  • Knowledge of Brazilian Customs and Maritime rules and regulations.
  • Deep understanding of MS. Word and Excel;
  • Bachelor degree either of the following: Production Engineering, Administration, International Relations;
  • Preferably MBA in Shipping.
