HSE & CRS Director

 Swift Worldwide Resources is seeking for a HSE & CRS Director to work in an O&G company in Rio de Janeiro:

 Responsibilities and Activities: 

·         Ensure Industrial, Environmental, Transportation and Personnel’s Safety;

·         Assure that Company’s HSE Policy and Standards as well as Legal Standards and Regulations are adhered;

·         Ensure the Company has good Social Responsibilities practices and programs;

·         Management of all activities related to planning, implementing and monitoring of all HSE work activities during all exploration operations;

·         Ensure development and implementation of appropriate HSE reporting tools;

·         Ensure appropriate planning process for the HSE-related costs and activities;

·         Ensure HSE projects controls, cost estimating, and scheduling;

·         Ensure management of the staff of the HSE Department;

·         Ensure identification, evaluation, and selection of potential third party technical resources;

·         Develop and implement programs aimed at improvement of occupational and fire safety as well as environmental protection;

·         Develop and monitor the Company’s Emergency Response Plans;

·         Manage the Company’s PPRA and PCMSO, Health program, HSE performance indicators;

·         Ensure implementation and monitoring of Social Responsibility procedures.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering or Occupational Safety or related discipline;

·         Familiarity with international HSE standards;

·         Knowledge of ISO14001, OHSAS18001;

·         Fluent knowledge of English and Portuguese;

·         Knowledge of Russian is a bonus;

·         Solid previous work experience in environmental protection, industrial and occupational safety and/or engineering including as an upstream industry environmental practitioner;

·         Solid experience in HSE team management;

·         Experience in Contractors Management in HSE sphere.

·         Experience in implementation of HSE system in vulnerable and remote regions of Latin America during exploration operations (seismic, exploration drilling);

·         Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access)

·         Availability to travel nationally and internationally;
